PATTERNMAKING, INDUSTRIALISATION, PATTERN GRADING
The creation of models takes place at the headquarters on CAD by a stylist-model maker team whose mission is to optimise the fit, the compliance of the garment with any normative requirements and the aesthetics.
Supplies and customisation are designed and validated in order to obtain the same performance levels as that of the textile components.
Prototypes and user tests validate the pattern and construction prior to industrialization and grading.
CERTIFICATION OF PPE
As a final step in product development, we apply in-house for EC-type Examination Certificates according to Regulation 2016/425 and for review by European accredited laboratories.

Two garment workshops based in Egypt handle the production of 400,000 pieces per year. These workshops are flexible and capable of ensuring a wide range of operations on small, medium and large series.

REPEATED CONTROLS AND TRACEABILITY
Three control points are established: materials, pre-production samples, finished products.
Controlled traceability: from the batch of raw material to the finished product, with 18-month archiving.
