ARTICLE 1. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED NON-PERSONAL DATA

EUROPA KIMACHE, in strict compliance with the applicable law and regulations, wishes to collect certain data, notably localisation. This data is collected in accordance with the provisions on data collection and is intended to offer Users a personalized and optimal use of the Site and/or the Application.

1.2 Obligations of the French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty

EUROPA KIMACHE, having introduced automated processing of personal data, commits to complying with the legal obligations in this area, arising notably out of Act n°78-17 of 6 January1978 pertaining to information technology, data files and individual liberties.

Users are informed by the terms and conditions that the personal data indicated as mandatory on the forms and collected as part of the Services described in these terms and conditions is necessary for the use of these Services, used solely for the purpose of these Services and intended exclusively for EUROPA KIMACHE and its partners, which take, under their full responsibility, the necessary precautions to maintain data security.
